These terms govern your use of Flaviest, operated by JuvinTech Inc. ("we", "us"). By using flaviest.com you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Flaviest helps you find specific dishes rather than restaurants. We identify candidate restaurants, analyze publicly posted reviews, and produce a DishScore reflecting how strongly reviewers praise a particular dish at a particular place.
Flaviest is provided free of charge. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any restaurant listed.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flaviest. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of the Google account used to sign in. Notify us at privacy@flaviest.com if you believe your account has been misused.
You keep ownership of the reviews and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and distribute it as part of the service.
Deleting your account deletes your content. If you delete your account, the reviews and any other content you submitted are removed along with it. Dish scores that incorporated your contributions will be recalculated without them.
You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm that you have the right to submit it. Do not submit:
We may remove content that violates these terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so. We are not obliged to review or monitor submitted content, but we may.

Restaurant and dish information on Flaviest is aggregated from publicly available reviews and processed automatically. It may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Menus change, quality varies, and restaurants close.
DishScores are an automated summary of what reviewers have written — not a guarantee, endorsement, or professional recommendation. Verify details with the restaurant directly before relying on them.
Flaviest provides no information about allergens, ingredients, dietary suitability, or food safety. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, contact the restaurant directly. Do not rely on Flaviest for decisions affecting your health.
Flaviest draws on data from third parties including Google and public review sources, and links to third-party sites such as Google Maps. We do not control that content and are not responsible for its accuracy or for the practices of those sites. Restaurant names and marks belong to their respective owners.
The Flaviest name, logo, design, and software are owned by JuvinTech Inc. These terms grant you no right to use them beyond using the service as intended.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Flaviest at any time, with or without notice. We may impose limits on features or restrict access as needed to maintain the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You may stop using Flaviest and delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@flaviest.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will do so.
Flaviest is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JuvinTech Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Flaviest. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JuvinTech Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will be updated and material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use Flaviest after a change means you accept the revised terms.
